This one day workshop will demonstrate the seven steps to understanding coaching and how the coaching process will increase your team’s productivity, profitability, motivation and employee satisfaction. This workshop is high energy, very interactive and focuses on developing four key areas:
Attitude – we create the behavioural change needed to take your team out of the comfort zone.
Motivation to succeed – we will help you to understand what really makes your team tick, why do some achieve goals and targets and others always fall behind. What barriers do they have to their success and how to overcome them to move forward?
Commitment – to the organisation and how to align their own personal goals to organisational goals.
Teamwork – we will help your team to truly understand the dynamics within the team and the part they play in helping your team to achieve its true potential.
At the end of this workshop participants will leave with a personal action plan to take them forward, Maximise their potential and help your organisation grow.
Please note, we do not teach sales teams how to sell products & services, we teach sales people how to be great in sales!
An introduction to coaching is run by Fiona Challis, a professionally trained corporate coach and founder of Sales and Sensibility. Fiona has over 10 years experience as a European Sales Director and has worked for prestigious companies such as Yellow Pages and McAfee. She has previously managed teams of 120 sales people and has been responsible for targets of $60 000 000 + therefore she understands the challenges that sales organisations face. However more importantly she has the solution that will help take your sales organisation forward and achieve its true potential.
