Sales training is a waste of time and money

If sales managers are not equipped with the skills, tools and techniques they need to be an effective coach and develop their people then all other sales and team training is a waste of time and money and you will not see a return on your investment.

So in summary, if sales teams have made the behavioural change needed and sales managers can effectively coach their teams to actually apply their new found skills then sales training can be very effective.
